I don’t think I’ve ever felt this at peace 

I’ve never felt like the ground beneath my feet was steady 

like everything was in a stable structure enough for me to rest 

the beauty I’ve seen 

it’s been like magic 

and without trying 

I’ve found myself living 

living for the moment 

for the music 

for the friends 

for the parties 

for the love 

I’ve been living for me 

something I haven’t done in what seems like forever 

and September was hard 

September felt like a reminiscent on the person i used to be 

but this month 

this month I want to love 

I want to love for the people 

for the colors 

for me
