The Profile’s Mission Statement

In order to promote a more informed and unified public, The Profile staff strives to provide the Adams 12 and Horizon High School community with honest, thought-provoking, and relevant stories and information by pushing ourselves to explore topics necessary for our audience to navigate our community wisely and effectively.

2019-2020

The Horizon Profile is a student-run newspaper designed to inform the Horizon community of news, issues and other items of interest. The Profile serves as an open forum to express ideas and opinions.

Ideas stated in the editorials page and personal editorial columns are not necessarily shared by the newspaper staff, faculty or administration. The opinions section reflects views of the staff members based on research and reporting.

The newspaper class publishes The Profile each month during the year.
