On December 2nd, 3rd, and 4th the Horizon High School Theater department went to the Colorado Thespian Convention. More commonly known as Thescon, students from all around Colorado and surrounding states, come to the Colorado Convention Center to participate in workshops, meet new theater students, and witness some of the most talented and put together individual events, one-acts, improv, musical and play. This year, Freaky Friday: The Musical and Clue were the mainstage shows, which were phenomenal. All in all, Thescon was a huge success this year despite having to wear masks and last year’s zoom Thescon.
