This longtime rivalry is meeting again. February 9th, Horizon Boys Basketball will meet Legacy’s Boys Basketball team for an anticipated game. The match up between these two teams always attracts a lot of attention, no matter where the game is being played. The student section is always packed and ready to support their team. Leading to the match up, there is a lot of talk, memes, and some playful hate shared between the schools.
Game day attracted many students from both schools. This year the game was played at home, and The Nest was packed and lively. Horizon students showed out, dressing according to the white out theme, and bringing the energy.
The game was close and well played on both ends of the court. Although, Horizon took the loss, in another great battle against long time rival Legacy.
