Feb. 9 & 11 2022: Remember Powder Puff from Homecoming Week? Well, Horizon Student Government has brought back the infamous “Peach Fuzz” Volleyball Tournament. This event is designed in a parallel structure to Powder Puff as junior and senior boys face off in a volleyball competition. This year we had two junior teams and one senior team. Despite a tough fight from both junior teams, the seniors were able to advance to the final game against a staff team in the Wish Week assembly. This game got heated, but the students were able to come out with a victory. Congratulations to the winning senior team and huge thanks to all who participated in this fundraiser for those impacted by the Marshall Fire at Monarch High School. So long Peach Fuzz, until next year!
